Use your own Word template, not ours
Already have an invoice, certificate, or letter designed the way you want it? Upload the .docx and Veltadoc fills it with your spreadsheet data in bulk — your layout, your branding, exactly as you made it.

Every built-in Veltadoc template is a design someone else made. If your company already has its own invoice or certificate — built in Word, matching your exact branding — you shouldn't have to abandon it. Add a few {tags} to that same document, upload it once, and Veltadoc bulk-fills it from a spreadsheet like any other template.
Without this
- Stuck picking from a gallery of templates that don’t quite match your brand
- Redesigning a document you already have, in a tool you don’t know
- Paying a designer to recreate something that already exists
With your own template
- Upload the Word document you already use
- Add simple {tags} where the data goes
- A line-item table that grows or shrinks with your data, not a fixed layout
- Same bulk generation and ZIP download as every built-in template

Frequently asked questions
What file format do I upload?
A Word document (.docx) with {tags} where you want data to go, e.g. {client_name} or {invoice_number}. A repeating section like {#items}...{/items} handles a line-item table.
Can the item table grow with my data?
Yes. Wrap it in a {#items}...{/items} block and it expands to however many rows a given document needs — unlike a flat PDF, a Word template reflows properly.
Do I need special software to add the tags?
No. Microsoft Word or Google Docs is enough — just type the tag names where you want the data to appear, then upload the file.
Is this a Pro feature?
Yes. Free accounts use the built-in template gallery; uploading your own template is part of the Pro plan.
What happens to my uploaded template?
It’s stored privately and only ever used to generate your own documents — never shared, never used for anything else.
