Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Veltadoc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Veltadoc is a web application that allows users to generate PDF documents in bulk from spreadsheet data (CSV or Excel). The service is provided as-is, subject to these terms.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Veltadoc.
• One account per person or organization. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Veltadoc to:

• Generate documents that are fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal
• Upload data containing personal information of individuals without their consent
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or exploit the service
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service

5. Plans and payments

• Free plan: limited to 10 documents per month with a watermark on all PDFs.
• Pro plan: billed monthly at $12/month. Includes unlimited documents, no watermark, brand profile, and all templates.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from the Billing settings page.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all data and files you upload. By using Veltadoc, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Veltadoc application, templates, and codebase are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Veltadoc is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated documents will meet any particular legal or regulatory requirement. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated documents.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltadoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Veltadoc after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
