1. Who we are
Veltadoc is a web-based bulk PDF generation service. We help individuals and businesses generate documents (invoices, payslips, certificates, and more) from spreadsheet data.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: email address and full name when you register.
- Brand profile: company name, logo, signature, colors, and font preferences you voluntarily provide (Pro users only).
- Uploaded data: CSV/Excel files you upload for document generation. These are processed in memory and not stored permanently.
- Generated files: PDFs and ZIP files are stored temporarily for up to 12 hours after generation, then deleted automatically.
- Usage data: document counts and job history for billing and quota management.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
3. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the Veltadoc service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
- To respond to feedback and support requests
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-party services
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure.
- Inngest — background job processing.
5. Data retention
- Generated PDFs and ZIP files: deleted automatically within 12 hours.
- Failed job records: deleted automatically after 3 days.
- Account and brand profile data: retained until you delete your account.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via the Feedback section in your account settings.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Veltadoc after changes constitutes acceptance.
